  • Dynamic Warm-Up (Joint Prep + Mobility)

  • Strength & Stability Circuits

  • Cardio for Heart Health & VO₂ Max

  • Balance & Grip Training

Every movement is coached and modifiable.

Wear comfortable workout attire (layers are recommended)

Bring personal mat and set of weights to class

Sign the OutFit Waiver and bring it to class

We currently accept cash or ACH payments

Classes are held rain or shine (covered/indoor location available if necessary)

Yes, you can bring a friend!  Ask us about our Referral Program

No participants under 18 without permission from instructor
