QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
What should I bring to class?
- Running or cross-training shoes.
Exercise mat: You'll want something thicker than a yoga mat to provide cushion on hard surfaces.
Free Weights: recommended 5-10 lbs for women; 10-15 lbs for men.
Optional Equipment**: Foam Roller, Resistance Bands, Resistance Tubing

What kind of equipment is used during an OutFit workout?
OutFit incorporates a variety of equipment to vary every workout:
Free Weights (required)
Resistance Bands (optional)
Resistance Tubing (optional)
Foam Rollers (optional)
Agility Equipment (ladder, cones, etc)**
What do the workouts consist of? Will I get bored with the workouts?
