GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING AT YOUR PACE

Our motto says it all: GET OUT... GET FIT! Unlike traditional fitness classes where the workouts are indoors and designed for a group, OutFit creates individualized workouts for each member to perform outdoors in a group setting.  Our approach to group personal training allows every client to reach their own individual goals at their own pace in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

7:40 am – 8:25 am Monday, Wednesday, Friday

8:30 am – 9:30 am

Monday through Friday

OUTFIT PALO ALTO

Co-Ed Fitness Program

6:00 am – 7:00 am

Monday through Friday

(Locations vary)

Wear comfortable workout attire (layers are recommended)

Bring personal mat and set of weights to class

Sign the OutFit Waiver and bring it to class

We currently accept cash or ACH payments
