Escape the gym, optimize your health and discover the benefits of team-based personal training in the great outdoors.

Our motto says it all: GET OUT... GET FIT! Unlike traditional fitness classes where the workouts are indoors and designed for a group, OutFit creates individualized workouts for each member to perform outdoors in a group setting.  Our approach to group personal training allows every client to reach their own individual goals at their own pace in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
