The first step is always trying it out. Sign up for a free class to see if we are the right fit for you.    

Classes

Wear comfortable workout attire (layers are recommended)

Bring personal mat and set of weights to class

Sign the OutFit Waiver and bring it to class

We currently accept cash or ACH payments

Classes are held rain or shine (covered/indoor location available if necessary)

Yes, you can bring a friend!  Ask us about our Referral Program

No participants under 18 without permission from instructor
